So, I have joined that ten million plus bandwagon and I have a Google+ account and I love it. I love the way that it controls privacy. I love the hangout feature. I love everything about it. Will I give up my Facebook account, not anytime soon. Why you may ask. If I love Google+ so much, and it’s supposed to be a “Facebook killer,” and it shares so many features with Facebook, why would I have both. The answer is simple, Google+ is a great tool to communicate with people you already know and care about, Facebook is to communicate a message with the rest of the world. Mark Zuckerberg sees information as something that should be shared, and that is the way that Facebook is designed, and the rest of the world has agreed. When the New York Times has a “Like” button, that is when you know that Facebook has been integrated into your daily life and your daily existence. Once more people I know, as opposed to computer engineers from New York, are on Google+ this tool will be great in communicating a message to a small group of people. When I want to tell everyone I know something, that is when I go to Facebook. I do believe that the world and the internet are big enough for Google Plus and Facebook.
